How to make an exchange

Factory defect:

If the reason was a factory defect, please contact us by email (contato@usemarino.com) stating your name, order and product to be returned and describe the defect using photos. Within 5 days we will authorize and pay postage for return.

 

You can later withdraw from the purchase (we will refund the money) or choose another product of the same value, leaving the new freight in charge of Marino.

 

 

Size and Model Exchanges:

If the size is not good or you want to change the model, please contact us by email (contato@usemarino.com) informing your name, order and product to be returned. Describe what you want to do - change the size or model. After confirmation and authorization from Marino, you can send the swim trunks to us. Exchanges can only be made within 7 days after receiving the product. We emphasize that in these cases, the shipping and return freight with the new swim trunks is the buyer's responsibility, we do not make exchanges in promotional or SALE pieces.

 

We also emphasize that exchanges of this type can only be carried out with swimwear that has not been washed, used, stained or with any type of odor that could harm the merchandise. Still with any questions? Contact us! We are totally available to help and clarify what is needed.

Involuntary Return:

In the case of orders returned by the Post Office with the status of "invalid address", "moved" or "unknown recipient", the costs of resending the package will be the responsibility of the customer. Address updates should be informed by email: contato@usemarino.com.
